Intellectual Property Policy

Effective Date: September 4, 2026

This Intellectual Property Policy (“Policy”) governs the ownership, licensing, permitted use, and protection of intellectual property associated with Creatormint (“Creatormint,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and the digital products made available through our website and services.

Creatormint offers digital products including, but not limited to, ebooks, templates, courses, videos, prompts, graphics, documents, guides, resources, and other downloadable or digital materials (“Products”).

By purchasing, accessing, downloading, or using any Product from Creatormint, you agree to comply with this Policy and all applicable product-specific license terms.

1. Copyright Ownership

Unless otherwise expressly stated, all original content, materials, designs, text, graphics, videos, templates, documents, software-related materials, branding elements, and other intellectual property created or provided by Creatormint are owned by, licensed to, or otherwise legally available for use by Creatormint.

The purchase of a Product does not transfer copyright ownership or any other intellectual property rights to the purchaser.

You receive a limited license to use the Product in accordance with the applicable license terms. You do not acquire ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

Certain Products may be created or supplied by independent creators, contributors, licensors, or other third parties. Where applicable, the intellectual property rights in such Products remain with their respective owners or rights holders.

2. Product License

Unless a Product’s individual listing or license terms expressly provide otherwise, Products purchased from Creatormint are provided under a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license.

This license permits the purchaser to access and use the Product for the purposes expressly permitted by the Product’s applicable license terms.

The license does not constitute a sale, assignment, transfer, or grant of copyright ownership.

Creatormint reserves all rights that are not expressly granted under the applicable license.

3. Personal Use

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Products are intended for the purchaser’s personal use.

You may:

  • Download and access the Product for your permitted use.

  • Store a reasonable copy for your own use.

  • Use the Product as a reference, learning resource, or productivity resource.

  • Modify or customize certain Products for your own permitted use where technically and legally appropriate.

You may not treat the Product itself as your own intellectual property or represent that you are the original creator or copyright owner.

4. Commercial and Business Use

Some Products may be suitable for use in business or commercial activities.

Commercial use is permitted only to the extent expressly allowed by the applicable Product license or Product listing.

Unless expressly permitted, you may not:

  • Sell the Product itself to customers or clients.

  • Include the Product as a standalone deliverable for resale.

  • Grant another person ownership or license rights in the Product.

  • Use the Product to create a competing digital product substantially based on the original Product.

  • Repackage the Product and market it as your own.

Where a Product specifically permits commercial or client use, such permission does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

5. Modification and Derivative Works

Where modification is permitted, you may customize a Product for your own authorized use.

However, modification does not transfer copyright ownership to you.

Unless expressly authorized, you may not create, distribute, sell, license, publish, or otherwise commercially exploit a modified version that is substantially based on or derived from a Creatormint Product.

Any derivative work must remain subject to the applicable intellectual property rights and license restrictions.

6. Redistribution Prohibited

You may not redistribute Creatormint Products without prior written authorization.

Prohibited redistribution includes, but is not limited to:

  • Forwarding purchased files to other individuals.

  • Sharing download links.

  • Uploading Products to public or private file-sharing platforms.

  • Posting Products in online groups or communities.

  • Sharing Products through Telegram, WhatsApp, Discord, Facebook groups, or similar platforms.

  • Uploading Products to Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, or similar services for unauthorized access.

  • Providing Products to friends, colleagues, clients, students, employees, or other third parties where such sharing is not expressly permitted.

  • Making Products available through websites, forums, repositories, or other distribution channels.

7. Reselling and Repackaging Prohibited

Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, you may not:

  • Resell any Creatormint Product.

  • License or sublicense the Product to another person.

  • Offer the Product as a resale-rights product.

  • Offer the Product under Private Label Rights (PLR).

  • Offer the Product under Master Resale Rights (MRR).

  • Rebrand and sell the Product as your own.

  • Bundle the Product with another product for commercial distribution without authorization.

  • Use the Product as a giveaway intended to promote another commercial offer.

  • Extract substantial portions of a Product and sell them separately.

Purchasing a Product does not provide resale rights.

8. Prohibited Commercial Exploitation

Unless expressly authorized, you may not use Creatormint Products to create a competing product, service, membership, course, template library, resource library, marketplace listing, subscription, or similar commercial offering.

You may not use substantial portions of a Product as the primary content of another product offered for sale.

For example, purchasing an ebook does not give you the right to reproduce its contents and sell another ebook containing the same or substantially similar material.

9. Piracy and Unauthorized Distribution

Creatormint strictly prohibits the unauthorized copying, distribution, reproduction, publication, or sharing of its Products.

Piracy includes, but is not limited to:

  • Uploading Products to torrent or file-sharing networks.

  • Sharing Products through unauthorized Telegram or WhatsApp groups.

  • Posting Products on unauthorized websites.

  • Publishing download links on forums or social media.

  • Uploading Products to public cloud storage.

  • Selling unauthorized copies on marketplaces.

  • Circumventing access controls or download restrictions.

  • Sharing course credentials or restricted course materials.

  • Making paid Products freely available to people who did not purchase them.

Unauthorized distribution may constitute copyright infringement or violation of other applicable intellectual property laws.

10. Account and Access Sharing

Where a Product or course requires an account or individual access, access credentials are intended solely for the authorized purchaser.

You may not:

  • Share your account credentials.

  • Allow another person to use your paid course or account access.

  • Sell or transfer your account.

  • Circumvent access restrictions.

  • Provide unauthorized access to paid materials.

If Creatormint reasonably determines that unauthorized access or account sharing has occurred, we may suspend or terminate access without further notice, subject to applicable law.

11. Trademarks and Branding

The Creatormint name, logo, branding, website content, graphics, and other brand elements may be protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not use Creatormint’s name, logo, branding, or other protected materials in a manner that suggests sponsorship, affiliation, endorsement, partnership, or ownership without prior written permission.

Third-party trademarks, logos, brand names, and other intellectual property appearing in or associated with Products remain the property of their respective owners.

Nothing in this Policy grants you rights to use third-party intellectual property except as expressly permitted by the applicable license.

12. Copyright Infringement Complaints

Creatormint respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of our website and Products to do the same.

If you believe that content available through Creatormint infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, you may submit an infringement complaint to:

Email: creatormintsupport@gmail.com

Your complaint should contain sufficient information for us to investigate the matter, including where reasonably applicable:

  1. Your full name and contact information.

  2. Identification of the copyrighted work or intellectual property you claim has been infringed.

  3. A description of the allegedly infringing material.

  4. The location or URL where the allegedly infringing material can be found.

  5. Evidence or information reasonably demonstrating your ownership or authorization to act on behalf of the rights holder.

  6. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or applicable law.

  7. A statement confirming that the information provided in the complaint is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

  8. Confirmation that you are authorized to act on behalf of the relevant rights holder, where applicable.

We may request additional information where necessary to evaluate the complaint.

13. Review and Removal of Allegedly Infringing Material

Upon receiving a sufficiently detailed intellectual property complaint, Creatormint may investigate the reported material and take appropriate action.

Depending on the circumstances, we may:

  • Remove or restrict access to allegedly infringing content.

  • Suspend access to relevant materials.

  • Contact the relevant user, creator, or rights holder.

  • Request additional information or documentation.

  • Take other actions reasonably necessary to address the complaint.

Submitting a complaint does not automatically establish that infringement has occurred.

14. False or Fraudulent Complaints

Intellectual property complaints must be submitted in good faith.

Knowingly submitting false, misleading, fraudulent, or abusive infringement claims may result in rejection of the complaint and may expose the complainant to applicable legal consequences.

Creatormint reserves the right to request reasonable evidence supporting an intellectual property claim.

15. User-Submitted Content

If users are permitted to submit reviews, comments, feedback, testimonials, files, or other content through Creatormint, the user remains responsible for ensuring that such content does not infringe the intellectual property or other rights of third parties.

You should not submit copyrighted or proprietary material belonging to another person unless you have the necessary authorization.

16. Intellectual Property Violations

If Creatormint reasonably determines that a user has violated this Policy or applicable intellectual property rights, we may take appropriate action, including:

  • Suspending or terminating Product access.

  • Suspending or terminating an account.

  • Removing unauthorized content.

  • Cancelling or revoking applicable licenses.

  • Restricting future purchases or access.

  • Investigating suspected piracy or unauthorized distribution.

  • Reporting unlawful activity where appropriate.

  • Pursuing available legal remedies.

Where permitted by applicable law, Creatormint may seek compensation for losses, damages, costs, or other remedies arising from unauthorized use or infringement.

17. No Transfer of Intellectual Property Rights

Purchasing, downloading, accessing, or using a Product does not transfer to you:

  • Copyright ownership.

  • Trademark rights.

  • Ownership of the underlying content.

  • Exclusive rights.

  • Resale rights.

  • Sublicensing rights.

  • Distribution rights.

  • Ownership of derivative intellectual property.

Only the specific rights expressly granted by the applicable Product license are provided.

18. License Termination

Any license granted to you may be terminated if you materially violate the applicable license terms or this Intellectual Property Policy.

Upon termination, you must cease unauthorized use of the Product and, where reasonably required, remove unauthorized copies or distributions under your control.

Termination does not limit any other rights or remedies available to Creatormint under applicable law.

19. Third-Party Products and Content

Some Products may contain or incorporate materials licensed from third parties.

Such materials may be subject to additional restrictions, attribution requirements, or separate license terms.

Where additional terms apply, you are responsible for complying with those terms.

20. Policy Updates

Creatormint may update or modify this Intellectual Property Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our Products, services, business practices, or applicable legal requirements.

The updated version will be published on this page with a revised effective date.

Your continued use of Creatormint after an updated Policy becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy to the extent permitted by applicable law.

21. Governing Law

This Intellectual Property Policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any disputes relating to this Policy or the intellectual property rights associated with Creatormint Products shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts as determined under applicable Indian law.
