Welcome to Creatormint. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Creatormint website and your purchase and use of our digital products.
By accessing our website, purchasing a product, or using any product obtained from Creatormint, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website or purchase our products.
1. Website Usage
You may use the Creatormint website for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

2. Account Rules
Purchasing products from Creatormint does not require you to create an account unless a particular product or service specifically requires one.
Users may voluntarily create an account where this option is available.
If you create an account, you are responsible for:

Maintaining the security of your account.
All activities carried out through your account.
Immediately informing Creatormint if you believe your account has been compromised.

Digital products may be delivered through instant download, email, account access, or another digital delivery method specified at the time of purchase.
Once payment has been successfully processed, eligible products may be made available for immediate access or download.
You are responsible for providing accurate information necessary to complete your purchase and for having a compatible device, software, internet connection, and other requirements necessary to access the purchased product.
4. Course Access
Where a purchased course provides lifetime access, “lifetime access” means access for the period during which the course remains available through Creatormint.
Creatormint may update, modify, replace, or discontinue course content where reasonably necessary.
Lifetime access does not mean that a particular course will remain available indefinitely under all circumstances.
5. License & Usage Rights
Unless a product description or separate license states otherwise, digital products purchased from Creatormint are provided under a personal-use license.
Your purchase gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the purchased product for your personal purposes.
You may not, without prior written permission from Creatormint or the applicable rights holder:
Resell the original digital product.
Redistribute or share the product files.
Upload the product to file-sharing platforms.
Share the product through Telegram, WhatsApp groups, websites, forums, torrents, or similar platforms.
Give the purchased product to another person for their own use.
Repackage the product and sell it as your own.
Claim the original product as your own creation.
Make the product publicly available for download.
Any additional rights specifically granted in a product description or separate license will apply only to that product.
6. Intellectual Property
Creatormint does not claim ownership of third-party intellectual property that may be legitimately included, referenced, or licensed within a product.
Ownership of individual products and their underlying content may belong to Creatormint, its creators, licensors, or other applicable rights holders.
Purchasing a digital product does not transfer copyright, trademark rights, ownership, or other intellectual-property rights to the buyer unless expressly stated otherwise.
All trademarks, logos, website content, original graphics, text, branding, and other materials belonging to Creatormint remain subject to their applicable intellectual-property rights.
Where a product contains third-party materials, those materials remain subject to the rights and licenses applicable to them.
7. User Responsibilities
By using Creatormint, you agree to:
Use purchased products only in accordance with the applicable license.
Keep downloaded products secure.
Not share or redistribute purchased files without permission.
Not attempt to circumvent access controls.
Not use Creatormint products for unlawful purposes.
Provide accurate information when required.
Respect the intellectual-property rights of Creatormint and third parties.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of any purchased product complies with applicable laws and the license provided with that product.
8. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are prohibited unless expressly authorized in writing:
Reselling Creatormint products.
Redistributing or publicly sharing purchased products.
Claiming Creatormint products as your own.
Uploading products to unauthorized websites or file-sharing platforms.
Sharing account credentials.
Circumventing product-access restrictions.
Attempting to obtain products without making the required payment.
Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorized payment methods.
Reverse engineering products where prohibited by applicable law.
Using the website to distribute malware or harmful code.
Attempting unauthorized access to Creatormint systems.
Scraping or systematically copying website content.
Interfering with website security or functionality.
Engaging in fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive activities.
Creatormint may take appropriate action against users who violate these restrictions.
9. Refunds & Digital Product Access
Because Creatormint primarily sells digital products, refunds are generally not available simply because a customer changes their mind, no longer wants the product, or has already successfully received and accessed a properly functioning product.
A refund may be considered where:
The purchased product is not working as reasonably described.
The customer is unable to access the purchased product due to an issue attributable to Creatormint.
The customer has paid successfully but has not received access due to a technical or delivery problem.
Before requesting a refund, customers should contact creatormintsupport@gmail.com and provide relevant purchase and access details so that Creatormint can attempt to resolve the issue.
If the product is functioning properly and access has been successfully provided, a refund will generally not be issued.
Refund requests are subject to the terms of Creatormint’s separate Refund & Return Policy, where applicable.
10. Account Suspension & Termination
Creatormint reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account where we reasonably believe that the user:
Has violated these Terms.
Has engaged in fraudulent activity.
Has shared account credentials.
Has illegally redistributed or resold products.
Has attempted to compromise the website or its systems.
Has engaged in abusive or harmful conduct.
Where appropriate, Creatormint may restrict or revoke access to digital products associated with an account involved in serious or repeated violations.
Termination of an account does not eliminate obligations that by their nature should continue after termination, including applicable intellectual-property, license, liability, and dispute provisions.
11. Product Information & Availability
Creatormint makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate descriptions of its products.
However, product features, content, format, availability, and presentation may change from time to time.
Digital products may require specific software, applications, devices, internet access, or technical capabilities. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that their device and software are compatible with the purchased product.
Unless expressly stated, Creatormint does not guarantee that a digital product will produce a particular personal, professional, financial, business, educational, or other result.

Creatormint may use third-party platforms, payment processors, hosting providers, delivery services, software, or other third-party services.
Third-party services may have their own terms, policies, and privacy practices.
Creatormint is not responsible for the independent operation, availability, policies, or content of third-party services that are outside our reasonable control.
13. Disclaimer
Creatormint provides its website and digital products on an “as available” basis, subject to applicable law.
We do not guarantee that:
The website will always be available or uninterrupted.
The website will always be error-free.
Every digital product will be compatible with every device or software environment.
A product will produce a particular result or outcome.

14. Limitation of Liability
