1. License Grant

Your purchase gives you a license to use the product; it does not transfer ownership, copyright, intellectual property rights, or other proprietary rights in the product to you.

2. Personal Use Only

5. Templates and Client Work

You may not:

Purchasing a product from Creatormint.online does not provide resale rights unless such rights are expressly stated in writing.

8. Copyright and Intellectual Property

All copyrights, trademarks, designs, proprietary materials, content, layouts, graphics, written materials, videos, courses, prompts, templates, and other intellectual property contained in or associated with a digital product remain the property of Creatormint.online, the applicable creator, or the respective rights holder.

Your purchase does not transfer any intellectual property ownership to you.

You receive only the rights specifically granted under the applicable license.

9. Account Sharing and Unauthorized Access

Your Creatormint.online account and purchased product access are intended for your individual use.

You may not:

  • Share your account credentials

  • Allow another person to use your account

  • Transfer your account

  • Provide unauthorized access to purchased products

  • Circumvent access controls or security measures

Team, group, classroom, agency, or multi-user access is not included unless specifically stated for the relevant product.

10. Courses and Video Products

Where a course or video product permits downloading, you may download and retain the authorized files for your permitted personal use.

You may not:

  • Publicly display or stream the content

Downloading a course or video does not give you ownership or redistribution rights.

11. AI Prompts and AI-Generated Outputs

Where a purchased product contains AI prompts, the prompts themselves remain subject to this License & Usage Policy.

You may not:

  • Resell the purchased prompts

  • Share the prompt collection

  • Publish the prompts as your own

  • Include the original prompts in a competing commercial product

  • Distribute the purchased prompt library to other users

However, where technically and legally permitted, AI-generated outputs produced using the prompts may be sold or commercially used by you, subject to the terms of the applicable AI platform and any third-party rights that may apply to the generated output.

Permission to sell an AI-generated output does not transfer ownership of the underlying purchased prompts or other Creatormint.online intellectual property.

12. Third-Party Materials

Some digital products may contain or reference third-party materials, resources, software, fonts, images, graphics, tools, or other intellectual property.

Such materials may be subject to separate license terms imposed by their respective owners.

You are responsible for complying with any applicable third-party license restrictions.

13. Product-Specific License Terms

  • Remove unauthorized access or distribution

Termination of access does not eliminate any rights or remedies that Creatormint.online or the applicable copyright owner may have under applicable law.

15. Copyright Infringement and Unauthorized Distribution

16. No Transfer of License
